Data Deletion Policy
Under GDPR and international privacy laws, you can ask us to delete your personal data. This page explains what we can remove and how to request it.
What we can delete
- Student and parent name and contact details
- Lesson history and progress reports (where legally permitted)
- Marketing and enquiry records
- Payment records after required tax and accounting periods have passed
What we may need to keep
Some data must be retained for legal or security reasons, including:
- Invoices and tax records for the period required by law
- Fraud-prevention and security logs
- Records needed to resolve an open dispute or chargeback
How to request deletion
Email admin@yfcampus.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used to register
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)
We will confirm your identity and respond within 7 business days. Some records may be anonymised rather than fully deleted where the law requires us to keep them.
