When you enquire, register, or pay for tutoring, we may collect:

- Student year group, subjects, and country or curriculum
- Lesson records, progress notes, and support messages
- Payment details (processed securely — we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Basic device and browser data for security and analytics
How we use your information
We use your data only to run our tutoring service:
- Schedule and deliver one-to-one online lessons
- Match students with suitable tutors
- Process payments and send invoices
- Contact you about lessons, billing, or support via official YFC channels
- Improve our website and service quality
Communication rules
For child safety, tutors must not ask for or receive personal contact details from students or parents. All communication goes through YFC admin channels — email, official WhatsApp, or the student portal.
Sharing and security
We take privacy seriously:
- We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- Data is stored with encryption and industry-standard security.
- We only share information when required by law or to process payments through trusted providers.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data (see our Data Deletion Policy)
- Limit how we use your data in certain cases
