Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when you can request a refund for tuition fees paid to Your Future Campus.

When you can get a refund

Refunds may be approved if:

  • You cancel before your first paid lesson starts
  • Technical problems on our side prevent lessons and we cannot fix them
  • We fail to assign a tutor within 5 working days of enrolment

When refunds do not apply

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • Paid lessons have already taken place
  • You cancel with less than 24 hours notice before a scheduled lesson
  • You miss a lesson without giving notice

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Free trial

Every new student is entitled to one free trial lesson before committing to paid tuition. There is no charge for the trial itself.

How to request a refund

Email admin@yfcampus.com with your student name, registered email, and reason for the request. We will reply within 2 business days.
