By using yfcampus.com and our online tutoring services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking a trial or paid lessons.

1. Who can use YFC
You must be 18 or older to register an account, or a parent or legal guardian must register on behalf of a student under 18.
2. Our services
YFC provides live one-to-one online tutoring, including:
- Subject tuition (Maths, English, Science, Computer Science, and more)
- Exam preparation and homework support
- Assignment and coursework guidance through official channels
3. Communication
Students and parents must not share private contact details with tutors. All lesson scheduling, feedback, and support must go through YFC — via admin@yfcampus.com, official WhatsApp, or the student portal.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Tell us immediately at admin@yfcampus.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Payments
Fees are billed in advance according to your agreed plan and the hourly rates shown on your country site. Late or missed payments may pause lessons until the account is settled.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
- One free trial lesson is available for new students.
- Reschedule at least 24 hours before a paid lesson where possible.
